Specialties
We offer personalized training programs that include cardio, strength training, and injury prevention.We use your body weight and light resistance but also make the best use of whatever is around. Classes are also offered including yoga, pilates, ballet, high intensity interval training, and more. Our team works with clients to devise and deliver practical and efficient exercise programming based on logistics, abilities, goals, and schedules. We then train clients in person in New York City, and work with clients via Skype across the United States. Through internet radio, people all over the world can also benefit from the weekly equipment-free workout created at inSHAPE. This unique routine is also published both at the company website and sent out via a free weekly opt-in newsletter.
