History

Started in 2001 with the intention of creating a yoga community in the Montebello area for all levels.

Specialties

Our yoga Alliance certified teachers know how to adapt and offer variations for all levels.we offer group classes, yoga therapy,and private instruction. Yoga Alliance certified 200 and 300 hour Teacher Training Programs.

I started doing Yoga 12 years ago at Indian Rock. I am no longer in that area anymore unfortunately but have yet to find a place like that!!!!! Really a great place!!!!!

What sets Indian Rock apart from other studios is that the classes are creative and the teachers teach. There is the extra plus of having teachers who are yoga therapists as well. Great community...
