After years of working for other security and locksmith companies, and seeing both what they did right and what they did wrong, I took the big step of opening my own business in 2002. It was literally a one man operation at first. I took the calls, did the jobs, the books...everything. Now I'm happy to say the business has grown and I no longer am the only dispatcher or technician. In fact, I have the best of those on the job at all times so that I can oversee the operation to make it the best it can be for you. Without each and every one of my customers, there would be no history to tell!
