Construction company, was established in 2011, and our main goal was to provide outstanding services to homeowners and investors. We have done thousands of apartment renovations, countless repairs, we have built hundreds of homes and dozen of Buildings for our Fellow New Yorkers and investors. over the course of 8 yers we have: Built 7 Brand new, Ground up buildings with total of 476 apartments - In Brooklyn and Manhattan; Done Major capital improvement of 42 Buildings with total of 1360 apartments; Renovated 1 Hotel, with 374 rooms; Completely Renovated 8 Townhouses and Converted multifamily residences into super luxury single family residences; Dealt with 5 LPC Projects. We helped to Completely Changed Williamsburg and Morningside neighborhoods of New York City. We are very proud of what we have done, and believe we have lot more to do going forward.
