An old fashioned recipe –learned from the owner's friend, a Jewish Russian immigrant– is used to make the store's bialies, while the "boiling before baking" method is used to prepare the Real NY bagels. Hampton Bagels delivers to delis from Montauk all the way to Moriches, and will even create custom cream cheese flavors.
