Our head chef Koji Hagihara, after working many years at Dynasty restaurant in Hilton Tokyo Bay and some of the most prestigious Chinese restaurants, became influential in Japan. Hakata TonTon is proud to serve a unique and adventurous palette to New Yorkers for over 13 years.
