HistoryWe originally started out as a full service property management company. We handled all aspects of managing rental property for out of town landlords and for landlords that just needed some help. Although we found that work to be rewarding and at times challenging, we found ourselves with some down time. So we began to build a lawn mowing business to fill up the time between jobs associated with the rental property management end of the business. Over time our mowing business grew to the point where that's all we had time for. So the property management part was scaled back so we could focus on mowing lawns all summer long. I love working hard and being outside all day long. So having a lawn mowing business is exactly what I was meant to do. The thing we do best is mow lawns on a regular schedule. Most of our customers are on a 10 day schedule or 3 times a month. If you prefer weekly we can do that too. Along with mowing your lawn we also do all the trimming around your house, driveway, sidewalk, mulch beds etc. And before we leave we blow off any grass and leaves that might be on the sidewalk and driveway. We start mowing in May and stop at the end of October. We have a very affordable monthly service charge. ( And for those that have a spouse in the military and they are currently over seas serving our country we will proudly and happily mow your lawn for the entire season for FREE.)
