T P Permits
For more than a decade, Tina Pangallo has been helping residents and real estate agents secure permits for buildings located in the Town of Hempstead. In 2009, Pangallo started her own business, T P Permits, which is located inside the Ark Realty office in West Hempstead. She specializes in legalizing existing structures for people trying to sell or refinance their homes. This includes finished basements, decks, pools, fences and garages and attics that have been converted into living spaces. Pangallo also processes plumbing permits and electrical certificates, and offers free estimates.
