For about 30 years, Flowers by Carole has been serving the Dobbs Ferry area creating floral arrangements ranging from traditional to contemporary designs with the freshest of flowers. Flowers can be purchased at half price at the Happy Flower Hour, which happens on Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm. Flowers by Carole also specializes in weddings large and small. The shop's new line of gift items is quite extensive, including home decor, lamps, tables, candles, frames and stuffed animals.
