Located inside the Crushed Olive in Huntington, the Ideal Cheese Shop offers more than over 50 kinds of cheese from all over the world. Choose from cheeses made of cow, sheep and goat milk, and cheeses ranging from the soft and fresh to the aged and "stinky." Our cheeses are fresh and cut right off the wheel, never pre-cut or packaged. Cheese tastings are offered daily, and customers are invited to join the Cheese of the Month Club. Specialty items including butter, chocolate, cured meats and baked goods are also available. Party platters and gift baskets may be ordered.
