HistoryGasport Welding & Fabricating, Inc. is a locally owned family business. Edward Wojtkowski, Sr. and his wife, Lou, founded Gasport Welding in 1954. Ed Sr. began welding in his garage. Some of Ed's first customers were area farmers and small local businesses. Gasport Welding was incorporated in 1976 and has since expanded three times. In 1983, Ed. Sr. retired and his son, Ed Jr. took over and is presently president of the company. Today, Gasport Welding and Fabricating, Inc. employs 11 people from the local area. Our customer base not only includes the Western New York area, but also the Southern Tier, Syracuse, Rochester and Pennsylvania.SpecialtiesGasport Welding specializes in fabricating, rolling, welding and bending of steel products.
