The Evening Star Baptist Church is led by Pastor Dr. Washington L. Lundy. It offers Sunday morning prayer, which it calls its "power hour," Sunday School and worship services. Additional prayer service is held on Wednesdays, as well as Baptisms every first Sunday of the month.
