HistoryThis business started as a challenge. We wanted to see if we could transform a typical take-out and delivery place into a cozy family eat-in venue without drastically affecting the existing clientele. We managed to retain the majority of those clients and, most who left, have returned. I believe we were easily accepted because our quality of service made a powerful impression. The look of the place has undergone a drastic overhaul, beginning with the installation of a new awning. New color-coordinated tables and chairs were added; granite counter-tops and a new floor were installed, along with new lighting, air conditioning, an electronic menu display and a high definition TV screen displaying programs by request.
