History
Kinya Trotman, an educator, founded Empire Children's Programs in an effort to provide the most enriching and innovative activities for children. Her philosophy is built on a design that if children are engaged in fun activities, where they are able to learn and progress, they will become better students and most importantly better people. Ms. Trotman's goal is to set forth a nurturing and educational environment which will allow children to grow as individuals.
