ABC Child Center
HistoryABC Child Center opened its doors to 45 children in the spring of 1993 after 18 months of preparation. It became the first Polish-American daycare in the NYC area and North Brooklyn's first private daycare. Though originally the program was conducted primarily in Polish, with the change in Greenpoint's demographics it has an increasing number of children of various backgrounds and the program adjusts to suit all. ABC values diversity, encourages bilingual play and activities, and welcomes children of all cultures. After 20 years in the child care business, in June of 2013, ABC expanded its program and opened its sister company ABC Infant & Toddler Center on the first floor of 109 Nassau Avenue. The ITC provides care for for the youngest ABC members: children ages 3-24 months.SpecialtiesABC Child Center is a fully licensed preschool offering child care for children ages 2 - 4 years.
