By being centrally located in the city, we can deliver just in time to bars throughout the Rochester metro, saving expensive storage solutions for excess inventory and making it easier to create high-quality craft cocktails. Our water is sourced from Hemlock Lake and is of incredibly high quality, allowing us to produce a superior product. We also produce ice in blocks sized to be cut once by a food-grade band saw without being taken outside to be worked with a chainsaw first.
