We specialize in event planning , venue is an outdoor 20 acre property located in Waterford NY. 10 min from Latham and all surrounding areas. We have activities such as horse shoe pits, volleyball, kickball, baseball. There r 3 covered pavilions with lights and fans . The bathroom are 5 star hotel compared bathrooms and accessible from the pavilion . We accommodate 1000 people with plenty parking. We have our own in house caterer from Distinctive Catering , with an in site liquor license. Weddings, corporate events , union events, our big family gatherings. This is one of a kind !
