About DoReMi Broadway Natalie Wilson, Music Theory and Voice Instructor, holds a Masters Degree in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado, and her performing career included such diverse roles as the title role in Carmen, Sesto in La Clemenza di Tito, and Desiree in A Little Night Music. In 20 years of teaching, both privately and at colleges and universities, Natalie has taught vocal technique, sight-singing/ear-training, music theory, and music history. Her voice students perform professionally on Broadway, Off-Broadway, on national tours and with regional theaters across the country, and she has successfully prepared numerous youngsters for acceptance into the Professional Performing Arts School and LaGuardia High School. Natalie is currently on faculty at Circle in the Square Theatre School, where she designs and teaches the sight-singing and music theory courses that prepare all the musical theater majors for auditions.

DO RE MI BROADWAY courses are designed to give musical theater singers the basic musical knowledge and skills needed to sight-sing an unknown piece of music and to communicate clearly with music directors and accompanists. Each session includes sight-singing and ear-training exercises, using real-world examples from songs in the musical theater repertoire.
