David Davoli began his career in the entertainment industry in 1994 while working as actor Alec Baldwin's personal assistant. After having worked with Alec on the productions of several large-scale film and television projects, David discovered that his talents were also suited to the business side of entertainment, and thereafter entered law school. In 2001, after graduating from Brooklyn Law School, David spent two years producing off-Broadway plays and short films. In 2003, he entered the practice of law and began working on Madison Avenue for a floor of multi-disciplined solo-practitioners.
