Beauchamp Gardens Apartments is located on Centre Avenue in downtown New Rochelle. The co-op apartment building mostly offers units for sale, but will also arrange rentals when possible. This pre-World War II building has gone through several renovations since its conversion in 1984, and the management is always trying to improve the building for its residents and shareholders.
