Located in New York City, Craft offers family-style dining. It serves a variety of roasted items that include golden sea bass and squash, turbot and macadamia nut, halibut, Chatham cod and almond, wild Scottish salmon, swordfish, wild sturgeon and shallot and Nantucket bay scallops. The restaurant s braised entrees include monkfish and crones, and wild striped bass and pumpkin. Craft opened a private dining room in 2005 that seats up to 50 guests. The room features custom-made cherry wood tables and leather chairs, which are imported from Italy. The restaurant additionally features a selection of Champagne and red and white wines.
