HistoryThe vision of JPR became reality when Mrs. Pauline Charles-Ajim, President and CEO founded the company in 2007. Her husband Ricardo Ajim, Vice President and COO had experience in construction through working for Guinnane Construction from 2000 to 2005, then independently from 2005 to 2007. Mrs. Charles-Ajim started running the day to day operations of JPR while still working for the City of New York until she left in 2013 to fully pursue growing JPR. Mr. Ajim was a key personnel and foreman on the field from 2007 until 2011 when he became co-owner. Together both on the field or in office they value Honesty & Integrity, Joint collaboration, strategic execution and on- time commitment.SpecialtiesWe are a Certified Minority & Woman Owned General Construction Business (MWBE) that specializes in Rough & Finish Carpentry - includes demo, framing, insulation, drywall, taping/sparkling, drop ceiling, molding, painting, tiling, subfloor & wood floor installation and subcontract Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, HVAC and any other elements needed to complete your project.
