We had our first location on 55th Street between Madison & Fifth a few years ago. Unfortunately, we lost the space and have since been looking for another venue to start again. We found 120 East 57th Street where we installed our very own woodburning brick oven pizza to serve thin crust neopolitan pizzas the way the Italians make it. We've opened now for about 9 weeks now. We want to be able to offer simple, clean, good flavors to our neighbors. We have a restaurant that serves brunch on the weekends and soon we will have dinner with happy hour wines & beers and food 24 hours a day for delivery. Plus we have some roof space so we're thinking of setting up a roof top garden to have our very own mini farm where we can harvest our own vegetables. Since we're just a baby, things are still kind of up in the air about what the full hours of operations are going to be but we're big on customer relations and feedback so any sort of advice or opinion is more than welcome.
