History
After experiencing severe back pain in her mid 20s, Caroline was diagnosed with herniated disks in her lower spine. Her life came to an abrupt halt and she was forced to reconsider the way she was living her life. She realized that she was living her life to please other people, that she didn't really know herself, and that she was neglected her own well-being and true passions and interests. So instead of continuing on her original journey to become a doctor, Caroline switched paths and instead, got her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology (think: dreams, the unconscious, the mind-body relationship). She graduated as a published author for her Master Thesis which focused on exploring how women experience emotion -specifically anger, sadness, and joy- in their bodies. After graduating, Caroline knew she wanted to continue her work with other young women who want to love their lives, realize their potential, and spread happiness.
