little bit about us......Paul and Ingrid Capoziello are the proud owners of La Bottega, Floral Park. Paul is a chef with a lengthy resume. He has been working in the business for 18 years, most formerly a chef with Compass Group, Restaurant Associates. Paul's work experience in the food industry, both restaurant style, and corporate catering style dining has helped him to gain the knowledge necessary to serve any client. Ingrid is a registered nurse and is learning more and more about the business with each day. We started this project in September of 2008. We enjoyed the family feel to the La Bottega experience and loved the food even more. We designed and built the restaurant with one thing in mind, a comfortable warm environment that serves good food.

SOUPS, PASTA, PANINI, SALADS,DESSERT, coffee, Teas, delivery, take-out, wine. Capo Floral Park is a cozy place, that specializes in , but not limited to Panini and salads. They have a special menu that changes weekly as well as an extensive soup selection that changes with the seasons. They offer a wine selection of 35 bottles and 12 different imported beers. They are open 7 days a week 11-10 , also do on and off premise catering. The owner is also the chef who has a background in rustic Italian cooking and is always there looking o please his coustomers. Its a very personal place and suggest all to check it out.
