The Center Studio opened inside the JCC Manhattan in July 2005. We moved to 140 West 83rd Street in September 2019 and rebranded to Candlestick Pilates. We invite you to visit our amazing new studio!

Candlestick Pilates is formerly The Center Studio. We are located in the heart of Manhattan's Upper West Side. Our Brownstone-Parlour Floor studio is fully furnished with classical Pilates apparatus that was built to Joseph Pilates' original specifications. Our soaring ceilings and brick walls create an industrial feel that is juxtaposed with the warmth and focus of our caring staff. We have a bathroom/changing room and an outdoor patio for open air classes.
