HistoryI attended the New York Institute of Massage and graduated co-valedictorian of my class in April 2015. I have had a passion for alternative medicine since my late 20's when I became interested in holistic living and ways to help the body heal itself. My passion continued to grow as I became a mother and explored issues surrounding pregnancy, birth and the incredible capacity of a womans body to give birth naturally. Previous to massage therapy, I worked at the University of Buffalo for 19 years as a research interviewer on several grant funded studies in the addictions field. I received my BS in Sociology in 1999.
