They injured my dog's rear paws with a razor. Did not ask them to shave there& did not tell me. Now she needs the vet.

The owner blamed me for my dog supposedly being matted. Between his eyes and on his privates??? How?

Bones, Bath & BEYOND AWFUL! What they did to my poor dog is way beyond awful. Be forewarned.

My dog played in the dirt, so he got dirty. It's why he needed a bath. The grooming comes with the price so why not? He was not matted.
