Blue Marble Ice Cream is a small locally owned ice cream shop. It specializes in making low-sugar, organic ice cream with unique flavors such as green tea, maple and pumpkin. Its founders, Alexis Miesen and Jennie Dundas are socially concious and quality driven. Blue Marble not only runs two shops in Brooklyn and maintains a variety of wholesale clients, it also runs a non-profit economic initiative for women in Rawanda. The Cobble Hill location is beautifully designed and constructed with eco-friendly paints and building materials.
