The Franklin Lakes Recreation Center, under the Direction of John Ciurciu, offers programs and facilities for Franklin Lakes residents to exercise their minds and bodies. The center offers fitness classes such as zumba, yoga, aerobics and body blast, and has a well-equipped cardio and weight room with treadmills, cross trainers, Lifecycles, Nautilus machines and free weights. Seniors can also participate in a variety of classes including watercolor painting. The town's Recreation and Parks Department offices are also located in the Rec Center building.
