This place is so slow. Appointments never run on time. Front desk staff are not very friendly, or worried about anyone overhearing private information.

Poor poor poor customer service with associates that could care less when you pick up your glasses. Insurance billing unclear and they could care less in Binghamton office to explain it to you.
