Though construction began in 2016, the idea for Bakerie had been proofing since 2013. Using traditional equipment and old-world processes, Bakerie provides a creatively liberating environment for its bakers and staff. We make delicious freshly baked sourdough breads, viennoiserie, a constantly rotating assortment of freshly bakes pastries, and sandwiches and salads for when you need something more substantial. Our coffee is roasted by Counter Culture coffee, an industry leader in sustainable third-wave coffee. Our Baristas love to pull the perfect shot!
