Millstone Farm is a local working farm which focuses it efforts on educational outreach, supporting other farms or landowners and advancing economically sound agriculture and animal husbandry. The goal of the farm is to promote farming as a integral part of every community. Millstone is devoted to improving food quality in a natural environment and placing the power of production into the hands of local families and neighborhoods instead of the overriding industrial processing prevalent today. The farm's produce is sold in farmers' markets throughout Fairfield County and in various restaurants. Seasonal tours of the farm are offered.
