Terrible customer service. They don't tell you about the return policy therefore you get stuck getting something from them anyway. I bought a ring and the diamond fell off after i got it custom...

I usually don't leave reviews. Make sure to not come here at all for ring resizing. Paid $40 bucks and he messed up the ring. It was a 14k diamond ring. Make sure to go to this other Alex Jewelry...
