River City Abstract has been in business since March 17, 1986 and has insured in excess of sixty thousand sale and refinance closings. We attribute our success to two simple rules: Good service and fair pricing. Our friendly and competent staff has been in place for quite a long time, some for more than twenty years. We have used the same examiners, some work for River City, some are independent contractors, since we originally opened. For this reason, we can offer normal complete title reports in two weeks or less, with super rush service in three days. Next day service is always available for emergencies. Our closers are our own employees as we do not utilize independent closers. We feel that a comfortable, relaxed environment is created when our clients see the same familiar faces attending their closings. In addition to our knowledgeable staff, we have in-house counsel, David Pisanelli. He is an asset to our clients, both in the matters of title clearance and continuing education in the ever-changing world of real estate.
