2nd time here was very different. Soggy fries, no top bun, very little greeen chili, fast-food grade toppings... WTH y'all

Check out all the liquid my 2nd. burger and fries were swimming in. Fries and bottom bun were soggy, sopping wet. Top bun was missing!!!
