The Santa Ana Department of Natural Resources (SADNR) was established in 1996 by the Tribal Government of Santa Ana Pueblo in Bernalillo, NM. SADNR is dedicated to developing and implementing natural resource management programs that protect, preserve, and enhance the natural living environment for current and future tribal members.
With six core divisions including Water Resources, Bosque Restoration, Range Wildlife, Environmental Conservation Enforcement, Geographic Information Systems, and Information Technology, SADNR aims to provide the Pueblo's leadership with information and options for effective natural resource management. Additionally, SADNR offers work and training opportunities through its Internship Program for Santa Ana tribal members interested in pursuing careers in natural resource-related fields.
