Food has always been a passion of mine. Growing up with a Vietnamese mother i learned the best way for me to explore my Vietnamese culture was through food. I was priveleged to spend a month in Vietnam and experienced an overwhelming sense of community and sharing which was centered around the dinner table. I was lucky to learn at 17 years old the power that food has to connect us all. Although my Hospitality career started 29 years ago, i've had many other careers, but the love of cooking and being able to share that has kept bringing me back in to the Hospitality industry.
