Great service compared to anywhere near Chicago. At least 10x better than motor vehicle department in Illinois...and then I realized that MDV Express is privately owned...make sense!

Worst experience ever. Claudia was beyond incompetent. Made numerous very serious errors. Manager Marcos was unapologetic. Recommend that you avoid this location. I regret it.
