Healthy dishes include gluten-free options and substitutes (i.e. substitute sauteed greens for English muffin on Benedicts). Egg dishes are served with potato latkes on the side. Mimosa House Specialties include Smoked Salmon Benedict, Algerian Shorba (chicken & orzo soup), Sweet & Savory Crepes, Shakshuka, open face Toast (including Avocado, Cucumber & Hummus, Chevre & Prosciutto, Steak & Blue Cheese), Alex's BLT with green chile, New York-style Pastrami sandwich, Signature Mimosa Caprese Salad with beets.
