History

Leonel Aragon started his life as an entrepreneur in 2009, selling tamales from the back of his red pickup (la troquita) in the Super Save parking lot. A few months later he upgraded to a trailer located in the same spot and had it for four years.

Food was good. Red chili was good and a little Spicy but we both had to add salt to our food. It is a little pricey-- $43 for 3 drinks 2 meals and 2 single tamales.

I picked up some pork with red Chile and some green chile chicken tamales for the family. The tamales are just the right balance of masa and meat. You can't go wrong with these tamales.
