History

Chef Chris Maher is a James Beard recognized chef from 2005. He is also an accomplished Actor and has owned and operated restaurants for many years in Los Angeles before moving full-time to Taos, New Mexico in 1998. He and his wife, Valerie, run Cooking Studio Taos and he also travels with his teaching and private events around the country. Valerie does all of the scheduling, organizing, coordinating behind the scenes - a true family business!
