New Mexico Christian Children's Home (NMCCH) was established in 1954 by local churches of Christ, inspired by a powerful sermon on caring for marginalized children. Committed to following Jesus' call to love God and neighbors, NMCCH provides long-term shelter, social services, and Christian homes for disadvantaged individuals, offering mental health counseling, spiritual mentorship, life coaching, adoption services, and educational opportunities.
With a mission to go and do likewise as exemplified in the Parable of the Good Samaritan, NMCCH strives to improve the lives of those in need by working in partnership with family, church, and community. Through decades of growth and service, NMCCH remains dedicated to loving God, loving others, doing justice, showing mercy, and walking humbly with God, impacting the lives of thousands with compassion and care.
