Sick of the lousy chicken wing options available in Portales, we started AJs Wings to satisfy the need of wing lovers on the Eastern Plains of New Mexico. Starting in a converted stock trailer, we have grown to a fully blossoming mobile food unit that serves locally in Portales as well as serving at events and providing catering for special events. In Sept of 2017, roughly 4 years after beginning our journey, we opened a full-time restaurant location at 107 W 2nd St in downtown Portales!
