Sole 2 Core was born out of a realization that a healthy transformation must be whole and complete. It must happen from the bottom of the feet to the top of the head inside and out. I opened Sole 2 Core to provide a place for women to transform their mind, body, and nutrition to finally feel like the superwomen they truly are! What makes Sole 2 Core different is the combination of all three elements, small group training (4-6 women at most at one session), and mindset coaching. If you want to be stronger, more confident, leaner, and happier, than look no further. It is my experience that weight loss and a healthy lifestyle do not happen until the mindset is shifted. Until that happens, everything else is just a band-aid that will keep you stuck in a diet cycle. My program is designed to help you fix all the cracks that may be holding you back in each building block (exercise, nutrition, and mindset) so that you can be your healthiest and happiest.
