We always had a bit of a love for great food and fresh coffee. Between all the fast food chains, convenience stores, and corporate chains, it was tough finding something actually worth the money on the way to or from work and class, so when we began bringing together the Rev Lounge in 2011, it was with the understanding that food could be delicious and healthy without being expensive. There aren't any microwaves in the Rev Lounge kitchen or automated espresso machines. We make our food and drink from scratch using only the freshest ingredients and preparing every meal with skill and soul. We embarked on this journey against frozen corporate food to share our passion and belief that great cooking and fresh coffee can bring a wonderful but simple pleasure to even the dullest and most tedious days - because in some small way there's a revolutionary in all of us.
