Ralph's Famous Italian Ices is one of many Ralph's in the chain of stores that cover New York and New Jersey. The first of these stores was opened by Ralph Silvestro in 1928. Ralph's features sherbet, soft ice cream and fat-free, cholesterol-free water ice with no sugar added. The store is located on Route 9 near First Street in a plaza with Lacey Liquors.

As a NYer from Staten Island where the original spot was located, this was a dream to move to this town and see! Our staple place all summer long! Rainbow cookie and vanilla chip are amazing!
