Programs for Parents, established in 1984, offers services for parents, children and child care providers, including check vouchers information, child care assistance and training classes for child care providers. Programs for Parents features two locations and a toll-free child care resource and referral number. The Montclair offices are located in the same building as Oriental Rugs and Antiques and serves all of Essex County.
