I was teaching the Prenatal Yoga program with Mimi Yoga Hoboken in 2017 and continued independently when they closed.
Specialties
I offer private and semi private prenatal yoga for mammas-to-be at all stages of pregnancy, as well as postnatal. The class is gentle and focuses on areas of the body that ask for extra attention during pregnancy. Each class is tailored based on how you are feeling on that day, so every class is different. The semi-private class is held in my home studio and includes up to 4 students, so that each woman can receive personalized attention and support. Private classes are held either in my studio or your home. Come to move, breathe, open the body in preparation for labor and delivery, and simply to connect with other women.
