History
I have always loved fur-kids. I wanted to be a veterinarian, but couldn't afford school because I was on my own at 18 years old. So I decided to groom doggies! I wanted to be different than everyone else. I wanted customers to feel a warm environment when they came to visit. I hate that things are so impersonal today. I want my customers to feel special and important; like they are visiting a friend. I didn't want to become an assembly line where customers felt like they were a number. Sure, I could make a lot more money by doing that - but I didn't feel comfortable with it. It's just not who I am. So, I built my business on hard work, integrity, honesty, and love. I think that's a pretty strong foundation. I love people and I love fur-kids. I make them feel special because they are. I have a personal relationship with every single customer. I know who they are when they call. Word spread, I remain humble and loving - and a few years later, here we are...
